Quality Policy Statement

GSMobile Calibration, s.r.o. is dedicated to providing its customers with a level of service that meets agreed specifications, in a safe and responsible manner with the responsibility for implementing the policy resting with the CEO, with the full support of the Board of Directors.

  • The achievement of this policy requires that all employees of the Company participate fully, and are aware of their responsibilities.
  • The Quality Policy of the Company is made known to all employees, together with their responsibilities, by means of a formal induction carried out when they join the organisation, and re-emphasised during an annual review, undertaken by all employees.
  • It is the policy of the Company to maintain and continue the level of quality described within the Company Quality Manual in all aspects of its work and, wherever possible, to improve the quality of service offered.
  • It is the responsibility of all staff to familiarise themselves with the content of the Management System and to comply with the policies and procedures within it, and its associated documentation, at all times.
  • The Quality Manager is responsible for the implementation of this policy and the control, monitoring and the advising on all aspects of quality within the Company.
  • The Company goal is to achieve these objectives and at all times, undertake to provide a quality of service to its customers through a quality management system which is fully compliant with BS EN ISO 9001:2000, ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and the technical requirements of UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) for all calibration work.
